3. Use the right way
- Don't upload other people's private data without their consent.
- Don't use the service to harass, defame, or commit fraud.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Verify any official action with the regulator's own portal.
4. AI outputs
HeyZ and complaint generators produce draft text. They can be wrong. Always cross-check before sending anything official.
5. Loan-app reviews
Independent editorial assessments based on KFS data, Play Store disclosures, RBI's NBFC list, and reported user complaints. Always check the lender's Key Fact Statement before borrowing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SahiSujhav is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
